Terms for using LicenseKit.dev.

1. Agreement
By accessing or using LicenseKit.dev, the hosted API, documentation, or related services, you agree to these terms.
2. Service
LicenseKit provides software licensing infrastructure, related APIs, documentation, and developer tooling. Features may change during beta, including limits, availability, and pricing.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity under your account, workspace, session tokens, and API keys. Keep credentials confidential and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, interfere with the platform, bypass limits, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, distribute malware, or abuse the API in a way that harms the service or other users.
5. Your data
You retain responsibility for the content and business data you submit to the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide that data and to instruct us to process it as part of operating the service.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, especially during beta, and may set or enforce usage limits to protect the platform.
7. Fees
If you use a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented to you at signup or ordering. Beta pricing and commercial terms may change for future periods.
8. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LicenseKit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with the effective date above.
